Great Expectations is thrilled to welcome Jenny Terlinden as our newest software engineer working on the upcoming GX Cloud.
After previous stints at Envoy Global and CSG, both long-established companies, she’s looking forward to the opportunity to work on a new product in a more dynamic market. “I think this is a really exciting time for GX,” she said.
Jenny has extensive experience in the complex world of visa application software, where she saw the material ways that data quality can affect people’s lives. One of the things that drew her to GX was the passion of the people she spoke with during her interviews, as well as the passion of its community.
“I was impressed with how enthusiastic and engaged everyone I talked to during the interview process was!” she said. “I also liked that GX Open Source was a compelling platform with a lot of community engagement.”
Jenny lives in Chicago, where she uses “dark mode, always and forever.” In her free time, she enjoys salsa dancing as part of Chicago’s thriving dance scene. She also teaches group fitness classes and loves going on long bike rides.
